Design & Features
Blade
The 0850 features a modified drop point / sheepsfoot style blade with a distinctive scooped spine and top swedge. It showcases a striking two-tone finish, utilizing a machine satin finish on the flat grinds and a rugged stonewash texture on the flats. It deploys manually using a decorative, clear-anodized aluminum dual thumb stud.
Handle & Ergonomics
The handle scales are built from a unique carbon fiber composite matrix that introduces a deep blue weave into the material while maintaining the lightweight rigidity of traditional carbon fiber. The handle geometry features 3D contoured, beveled edges for comfortable, ergonomic hand placement.
Hardware & Lock Mechanism
- Sub-Frame Lock: To keep the footprint lightweight, Zero Tolerance Knives implemented a patented titanium Sub-Frame Lock equipped with a hardened steel lockbar insert to eliminate lock-face wear.
- Revolver Theme: The sculpted aluminum backspacer, pivot details, and thumb studs are precision-turned to visually echo a six-shooter revolver cylinder.
- Pocket Clip: A 3D custom-machined titanium pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
