Shipping Information


  Welcome to KNIVESATLANTA . We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

KNIVESATLANTA will cover most orders when the purchase is $99 or more, unless otherwise noted( excluding any taxes  or shipping costs). Some oversized or overweight items may have additional shipping charges, this will be noted at checkout if applicable. If the order is less than $99 , you are responsible for shipping charges.     

KNIVESATLANTA only sells to U.S. customers and ships to U.S. addresses  at this time. Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes on order. We will use USPS,FEDEX or UPS at our discretion. If you wish to purchase additional insurance , let us know at the time of order ( you are responsible for costs associated with this or a quicker  shipping method). KNIVESATLANTA does not guarantee shipping times. We will try to stay within shipping times noted during your checkout . Delays may occur such as , but not limited to, customer address verification , declined payment, product unavailability, legal prohibitions, acts of God, and/or restricted products. We do not ship to P O  Boxes. We are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii until further notice. ********* Due to laws and restrictions , we are not shipping any knives to Washington State or New York except for kitchen knives and shaving  products at this time .

If KNIVESATLANTA suspects fraud , we will cancel the order. We may also cancel an order if we are unable to confirm an address. An address not provided correctly at checkout may result in shipment delays. We are not responsible for shipment delays due to problems associated with address verification. Customer is responsible for shipping charges due to incorrect address / shipping  information given at checkout. 

In situations where we cannot authenticate the validity of an order that order will be cancelled.


KNIVESATLANTA does not require a delivery signature on products shipped. If you prefer your order shipped with "signature required", please indicate this during checkout in the notes provided space. We may opt for "signature required" shipping on higher value items at our discretion.  Once the products/order have been shipped and a tracking number has been generated , the receipt of the goods is the customers responsibility . If a dispute arises with the carrier , we will assist you with them to resolve the issue.


 Returns & Exchanges


Any knife purchase may be returned in new and unused condition for any reason within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise must be in 100% resalable new / unused condition with original boxes and papers ( condition of product as determined by us). Any returns with shipping labels put directly on product packaging will not be considered for return or exchange. ( This damages the packaging and renders the product unsalable). 

You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us, as we do not reimburse shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to you for the amount of the purchase minus any shipping costs, such as free shipping to you. Unless we have been notified of a different reason for the return payment, we will issue the credit back to the original card the transaction was placed through. If KNIVESATLANTA is responsible for an error on the product shipped, we will send a pre-paid label, at our cost, to return the item purchased. We recommend you insure any package being returned to us. KNIVESATLANTA cannot be held liable if your return is damaged in shipping, lost, or destroyed.


There is a 10% restocking fee on non-defective items returned to offset lost shipping, credit card, and labor costs.

All returns must have an RMA number to be considered. Contact us to receive an RMA number.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Excessive returns may result in a restocking fee of 20%. 

Modified knives are not returnable for any reason.

We do not do warranty repair and do not guarantee products or a products performance. Please return all warranty claims to the manufacturer. Defective products are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. We will assist you with contact information for warranty issues.

 All knives are inspected before they are shipped to make sure they are in perfect condition. The knives pictured may not be identical to the ones you receive . Handle materials such as stag, leather, wood, bone, etc. are natural materials and vary in appearance and characteristics.  

 Some items are considered final sales such as all shaving products and any automatic knives including OTF knives. These items are not returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at By ordering with a credit card you agree that you are authorized to use such credit card and , if there is a billing dispute, to handle any billing disputes directly with us.
