This is a Woodard Knives Fer De Lance side opening automatic with a bead blasted blade and anodized aluminum frame. Stainless steel clip, tip up carry. 

• 3 1/4" blade of stainless steel, satin finish, 7 7/8" opened length
• Black anodized aluminum frame with thumb notched spine and decorative milled holes
• Stainless steel button release and pocket clip
• Made in the 1990`s
• Never used, carried or sharpened
• Condition is near mint to mint
