A Vintage Dexter meat cleaver from the 1960`s or 70`s , ( It may be older ). I acquired this in the late 70`s from an old city market in Atlanta. It had no handle , so I made one for it in about 1977. It is a large heavy duty cleaver that would be ideal for meat processing or outdoor chopping.

It has a nice patina consistent with age and use. It has not been used for over 40 years. I Sharpened it when I made the handle and it is very sharp.
