Tony Hudson is an ABS (American Bladesmith Society) Journeyman bladesmith, a certification that speaks to his skill and attention to detail, which adds to the intrinsic value of his work. His knives are handmade one at a time. Tony Hudson is a bladesmith known for creating custom, handmade art knives, which often feature unique materials like fossil walrus ivory and Damascus steel.
This is a fine example of a custom "One of a Kind" knife by Tony Hudson. It features a 1084 steel blade , hardened at 1550 degrees , oil quenched and tempered to 58 RC. The handle is Whitetail antler with copper guard , pin and wire wrap. The sheath : Distressed leather with copper rivets. This is a beautiful frontier style , rustic fixed blade knife.
