Star Knives American Revolution Bicentennial Commemorative Canoe Knife (1776–1976) is a limited-edition, vintage folding pocketknife manufactured in mid-1970s Japan for the Star Company, a historical cutlery importer formerly based in Knoxville, Tennessee. 

 
 Specifications
  • Blade Pattern & Configuration: Two-blade Canoe folder pattern. 
  • Frame & Handle Construction: Solid brass frame and handle scales featuring a smooth finish. 
  • Main Blade: A mirror-polished surgical stainless steel drop-point blade measuring approximately 2-3/4 inches (7 cm). It features a prominent gold-etched Liberty Bell design accompanied by the commemorative text. 
  • Secondary Blade: A mirror-polished surgical stainless steel pen blade measuring approximately 1-1/4 inches (3.2 cm), which is stamped with the individual knife's unique factory serial number. 
  • Closed Length: Approximately 3-3/4 inches (9.5 cm). 
  • Limited Run: Strict limited edition of exactly 1,776 pieces globally, making it a scarce historical commemorative piece.
