Distinctive Features
  • Goddard Blade: The blade is a modified drop-point with a hollow grind, a hallmark of Wayne Goddard’s designs.
  • Lock Mechanism: It utilizes a sturdy lockback design for secure blade deployment.
  • No Pocket Clip: Unlike its larger counterparts, the Baby Goddard  does not have a pocket clip due to its small size; instead, it is intended for deep-pocket or keychain carry.
  • Manufacturer Markings: It is one of the few Goddard models that does not feature Wayne Goddard’s signature on the blade, likely due to limited space on the small surface.
  • Seki-City, Japan: Like many classic Spyderco collaborations, this model was manufactured in Seki-City, Japan.

The Spyderco C20PS Baby Goddard was first produced in June 1993 in Seki City, Japan. It featured a 50/50 edge, black Micarta handles, and GIN-1 blade steel, and it was officially discontinued in November 2001.
