SORD Fishing Products 7" Titanium Pliers are full titanium pliers built to resist rust, seizing, and torquing, especially in saltwater conditions. They are designed for durability and strength, with replaceable cutters and oversized grips for precision. SORD Fishing Products released its first 7-inch titanium pliers in 2021.
Key features
- Material: Machined from a solid block of T5 titanium, making them lightweight yet stronger than stainless steel. The full titanium frame is corrosion-proof and will not rust.
- Replaceable cutters: The pliers are equipped with replaceable tungsten carbide cutters that can be changed out with an allen key. The cutters are designed to slice through various lines, including braid, mono, fluorocarbon, and wire.
- Ergonomic grip: The handles feature oversized grips for enhanced control and an ergonomic design for comfortable use over long periods. SORD addressed customer feedback from the initial 7" version to create a better fit in the average hand.
- Dependable jaws: The jaws are designed to firmly grasp hook shanks and resist twisting or deforming under heavy load.
- Included accessories: The pliers come with a lanyard to prevent them from being dropped overboard and a leather or Kydex sheath. SORD transitioned from the Kydex sheath used for the original 7-inch model to a leather one for the redesigned version based on customer preference.
