History
The Schatt & Morgan brand was originally its own cutlery company founded in 1895. After going bankrupt during the Great Depression, its assets were acquired by Queen Cutlery, which was founded by former Schatt & Morgan employees. Queen Cutlery later revived the Schatt & Morgan name for its high-end collectible knife lines, such as the File & Wire Tested series.
