P J Ernest Custom Knife ~

P J Ernest is from Whittier CA and sold his first knife in 1999. He specializes in wharncliffe fixed blades of all sizes with Damascus, 440C, and ATS 34 steels and natural handle materials. This may be one of his earlier knives , most of the knives from him are of a much different style. It is a large knife ( 13" OL , 6 1/2" blade ). It has a Damascus blade and bolsters with what appears to be Ironwood handles. It is stamped " P J Ernest Whittier, Ca" and has an Owl beside the name. The spine has very nice file work. The knife has never been used or sharpened. The condition is near mint.
