The Kershaw 1460 Splinter is a Ken Onion-designed, Japanese-made folding knife known for its sleek style, featuring an AUS-8A stainless steel blade with a satin finish and a manual liner lock for secure one-handed opening via dual thumb studs. It came with a handle of polished quince wood, offering a gentleman's folder with performance, using 420 stainless steel liners and a reversible pocket clip for tip-up carry, making it a popular, discontinued model prized for its aesthetic and function. Made around 1999 to 2000.
