The Silver Trident Knife is designed in conjunction by US Navy Seal (Ret.) Chief James "Patches" Watson and critically acclaimed knife designer William Harsey Jr. It boasts a durable high-grade 154-CM stainless steel blade, wide stainless steel butt cap, and a Shack-absorbing Textured polymer grip handle with Lanyard Hole. Utilizing a 'Blackhawk ' Double locking positive-retention sheath with configurable carry options.

Design for special ops personnel, the Gerber Silver Trident has a 154C stainless steel blade that has been heat treated to a hardness of HRC 59-61. That equates to some serious edge retention. The handle is made from an exotic material called Hytrel that is resistant to corrosion, heat, and ultraviolet light. This Gerber 06977 model has a double edge clip point blade with a single serration. There is a flat spot on the end of the handle that can be used as a hammer. The whole knife is completely blacked out to avoid detection and comes included with a nylon sheath.
