The Eagle Brand Cutlery EK-2 "New Orleans Knife" is a highly collectible vintage folding pocket knife. Produced circa 1985–1986 under Jim Parker’s Parker Cutlery Company, these knives were crafted by expert bladesmiths in Japan.
