Cold Steel  Large TwistMaster 31L ~ Vintage

Cold Steel's version of the classic French Opinel knife. The twist bolster lock makes it feel like a fixed blade. These knives are very well made. The knife is lightweight, but the blade stock is very sturdy. The edge is very sharp and feels ready to cut anything. This model has the Carbon V blade steel which is discontinued.

• Carbon V Steel Blade: The blade is crafted from Carbon V steel, an enhanced form of 1095 carbon steel known for its durability and sharpness. 
• Twist Lock Mechanism: The knife utilizes a "twist lock" or "ring lock" mechanism to secure the blade in the open position. This lock is engaged by twisting a collar on the handle.
• Zytel Handle: The handle is constructed from Zytel, a tough, molded thermoplastic material. It features a contoured design for a secure grip and includes a lanyard hole.
• Blade Styles: The 31L Twistmaster was available with different blade styles, most commonly a clip point.
• Size: The large Twistmaster (31L) has a blade length of about 4.75 inches and an overall length of roughly 10.75 inches.
