Chubby Hueske Custom Dagger ~ RARE !!

Chubby Hueske Custom Dagger features stag scales, red liners, brass pins and brass front and rear bolsters. It is full tang, 1/4" thick. It has "HUESKE" on the ricasso on one side and "1197"on the other side. The blade is mirror polished. Measures 9 3/8" overall with a 4 3/4" blade. This is the most unique, finest example of his work our research has found. It would probably be a "one of a kind" knife.    Extremely rare knife !!!!

Chubby Hueske was a Texas knifemaker who was one of the founding members of the Knifemakers Guild. He began making knives in the 1960's, passed away in 1991.

 He is recognized for his significant role in the history of custom knifemaking, particularly as one of the founding members of the Knifemakers Guild, established in 1970.
