Case XX TRI-Fold Design by Blackie Collins. Very unique opening and lock. The Tri-Fold is one of the safest non locking pocket knives available. The blade is held open securely during use,  closes easily with a simple movement of the thumb and fingers. Made in 1994 , 6 Dot.
