Case XX Select knives are fashioned not through modern means of mass-production, but by time-honored handwork of skilled American craftsmen, for no machine has yet been devised to equal the workmanship of Case master cutlers. Journeyman artisans polish every blade to a mirrored finish like that of a fine looking-glass. Only after the individual blade has been deemed perfect in its every aspect will the shopmaster hone it by hand to a razor-sharp edge.
