Case XX 2005 Historian's Tour Black Bone Mini Muskrat (Item/Pattern Number 06725 / 62051 SS) is a rare, limited-edition pocket knife specially produced for the annual Case Historian's Tour featuring longtime company historian Shirley Boser. 

The Historian Connection: Shirley Boser was the widely respected official corporate historian for W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company. She co-authored several official reference books regarding the company's lineage. Knives explicitly issued for or signed during her "Historian's Tour" promotional runs hold a premium over standard production models. This one is signed  on the inside of tin lid.
