2008 Case "TEX RAT" (Texas Muskrat) Olive Green Bone knife is a highly collectible, special edition folding pocket knife manufactured by W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co.. It was produced as an exclusive release. Unlike a standard two-bladed muskrat pattern, this unique version features a distinct four-blade design.

Design Details
The defining characteristic of the "TEX RAT" configuration is its four full-length clip blades protruding from the frame. “The Muskrat is also referred to as a double-end Trapper. This durable folding knife features two full length clip blades at opposing ends.” according to the Case Knives Muskrat Guide. However, the TEX RAT variation doubles this classic arrangement by placing two clip blades at each end of the knife handle.
The handle features an Olive Green Jigged Bone scale pattern with classic nickel silver bolsters enclosing the frame. The steel composition relies on Case's standard Tru-Sharp surgical steel, optimized for corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening.
