Design and Construction
  • Pattern Number: The "6" in 61048 indicates a jigged synthetic or laminate handle (Delrin), while "048" identifies the slimline trapper pattern. The "1" signifies it is a single-blade model.
  • Handle Material: Brown jigged Delrin (a durable thermoplastic) with a nickel silver oval Case shield pinned in place.
  • Blade Details: Features a single Clip blade with a "Tested XX Razor Edge" etching often found on 1970s models.
  • Internal Components: Built with brass liners and brass pins, complemented by nickel silver bolsters.
